Biography

Born:
1954 in Alma-Ata into a family of professional musicians (father – violinist, mother – flutist, brother – violinist).

Studies:
(1976 – 1981) at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow. Student of Prof. Olga Kaverznevova (herself a student of D. Ojstrach). Studies in Chamber music (string quartet) with A. Shishlov (solo violinist of the Shostakovich Quartet).
